What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Apple Park Visitor Center for its sleek design, exclusive merchandise, and engaging AR experience. While it doesn't offer access to the main campus, it provides a well-designed retail space, a cafe, and rooftop views, making it a worthwhile stop for Apple enthusiasts and those passing through Silicon Valley. Some find it more of a high-end store than a deep dive into the campus itself.
"The Apple Visitor Center is sleek and well-designed, just like you’d expect. It’s got a café, a rooftop terrace, and a 3D model of Apple Park you can explore via AR, which is fun. But since the actual Apple Park is closed to the public, the experience feels more like visiting a high-end Apple Store than stepping into the heart of Silicon Valley.
What sets it apart? The exclusive merch. T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, all Apple-branded and only available here. If you’re an Apple fan or just passing through, it’s worth a stop. Just don’t expect a behind-the-scenes tour of the spaceship campus."

"If you have an Apple fan amongst friends and family I would recommend bringing g them to the visitor center for three reasons: 1) There is some merch that you can only buy here (shirts, mugs, etc) 2) You get a glimpse of some of the architecture of the actual campus and 3) there's a nice rooftop area that you can relax and take in the weather if you are in between going places. Plus, there are nice, clean restrooms with some Apple like flourishes and free parking in the surrounding lot."

"The visitor center is a combination of coffee shop, Apple Store, observation deck, and an Apple Headquarters scale model with augmented reality technology. For the scale model, an employee hands you an iPad that allows you to scan the scale model with the iPad and the app shows you lifelike visuals of cars driving around the campus and how the interiors of the buildings look. You can even "lift" the roof of some buildings to see how it looks inside. This was the best part of the visitor center.
The Apple Store was nice as it offers all of the major products, a large flatscreen TV (it was showing variations of the Apple logo when I was there), and other merchandise. The open air observation deck includes restrooms, but it was a bit of a disappointment if you are hoping to see the Ring of the main HQ building. It's mostly covered by trees. Overall, it was a fun experience."
