"What a nice little gem! Whisky creek was so peaceful and felt safe. It was nice to experience this as first time kayakers. Lots of mangroves, right next to the beach and serene. The area was clean and the check in was quick. The website made reservations easy. Only note is that you have to pay the entrance fee to get in to the state park ."

"Came here upon a recommendation from another park and was not disappointed. Kayaked for almost 2 hours and saw birds, fish, and watched tugboats move a giant ship. The men at the rental area were nice and helpful. Would return if I am back in the area"

We did the full loop, but it was quite a workout so if you want to chill more I recommend staying between the north and south points path I highlighted in orange. We saw lots of fish and an iguana even swimming! Didn’t take picks on kayaks cause we didn’t have protective covers (you can buy some at their shop that also has food/snacks/shirts/etc. but we opted out this time.)"
