What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Two Bunch Palms is celebrated as a tranquil, adults-only desert oasis with beautiful natural hot springs and expansive grounds. While many praise its serene atmosphere and restorative qualities, some guests find the onsite dining limited and pricey, and parking can be inconvenient. Despite minor drawbacks, it remains a cherished escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.
"The resort grounds are expansive, well maintained, and beautiful with lush tropical/local trees/plants. Various ponds, streams of hot natural springs flowing throughout the grounds. Many, many different natural things to walk see and enjoy. Hot natural spring tubs and a full grotto/pool off the same as well. No kids allowed, very quiet. The rooms are nice…. But aging. The onsite dining needs improvement- the menu is horrible and has been changed/reduced over the years. Not very many options. Since this resort is very far from any other options for food and the rooms don’t have space to store your own food you are forced into eating at the resorts restaurant(s). They really need to update and expand the menu. Parking on site is hard to do unless you are starting in very specific rooms… otherwise you are relegated to the guest parking lot. Which is far, far from your room and seems like a construction site. Certain aspects need improvement but overall a wonderful experience."

"This is my go to getaway. Tucked away far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Palm Springs. It's a complete tranquil oasis. It's never too busy or chaotic, I always find a private quiet spot to soak or enjoy the grounds. The food is nutritious and delicious and the offerings they provide daily are an amazing touch."

"At the driveway gate, my experience with the security guard was absolutely shocking for a resort of this caliber. After he called to verify my reservation, he said reception stated I never replied to an email so they never finalized my reservation. However, I had a credit card authorization and an email receipt of my reservation. He told me I could not enter and would have to call the front desk. I asked if he could call them since I had poor cell service, but he refused. From that point on, his behavior was completely unprofessional and an embarrassment to Two Bunch Palms. I called and waited for several minutes, but no one at the front desk answered. So I asked him if he could call someone over to assist me. Again, he refused. I tried to show him my receipts, but again, he refused to even look. I told him that I would be entering the property to speak to someone at reception since he was unwilling to assist me and he got very aggressive and stated he would have me removed for trespassing. He was completely hostile, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. Not the type of person you want greeting guests entering a luxury resort.
Despite his disturbing behavior, I wasn’t just going to leave after paying for a reservation and driving 2 hours to spend the day here without speaking to someone. Even though the rest of my time there was pleasant, the unnecessary drama of that initial impression overshadowed what was supposed to be a serene and relaxing escape. I would suggest removing him from any guest interactions, and making sure reception is answering the phone in a timely manner."

The Allure of Natural Hot Springs
The unique aspect of Two Bunch Palms' hot springs is their integration into the natural desert landscape. Unlike man-made pools, these springs feel organically part of the environment, surrounded by mature trees and desert flora. This creates a deeply serene and meditative atmosphere, encouraging guests to slow down and connect with nature. The sound of trickling water and the warmth of the springs contribute to a profound sense of calm, a key reason why many return to this desert oasis.
An Adults-Only Sanctuary
This adults-only policy directly influences the resort's overall vibe. It fosters an environment where guests can truly unwind, engage in quiet contemplation, or enjoy intimate conversations without interruption. The resort's amenities and services are tailored to this demographic, emphasizing wellness, relaxation, and a sophisticated, calm experience. For many, this dedicated adult space is precisely what they seek in a desert getaway, offering a rare opportunity for uninterrupted peace.
Navigating Dining and Amenities
Beyond dining, guests should be aware of the parking situation. This can be an inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or during hotter parts of the day. The resort's expansive grounds, while beautiful, mean that accessibility and proximity to amenities can vary depending on your room's location.
