Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament for its breathtaking beauty, both inside and out, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by its dedicated staff. Many highlight it as an ideal venue for significant life events like weddings, with staff making the process seamless. The stunning architecture and artistic installations are frequently mentioned as highlights.

"Our wedding felt so magical and straight out of a movie. Having the live string quartet play made the ceremony even more beautiful. It was such an emotional day and there is no where else we would have rather have God bless our marriage! Mary and Deacon Chris are so wonderful to work with - they were able to answer any questions we had and make the process so easy. Our assistants, Canary and Pete were very helpful during rehearsal and guided us through the ceremony. It was such a wonderful day and we will forever have these memories to look back on."

"Several people welcomed me even though I was only here to take pictures.

This is the cathedral for the Archdiocese of Detroit. It is gorgeous and the neighborhood, Boston Edison district, is very beautiful."

"If you haven’t been down to the cathedral in a while, it’s definitely time to go! They have a new installation of saint statues and relics that is just amazing! And don’t miss the hallways going to the Administrative Center! There’s so much beautiful art to be seen! We went for the Rite of Election and one of the cathedral deacons and Bishop Monforton were greeting people so enthusiastically, you could just feel their joy radiating from them! It really helped make us feel included and welcomed. Fr JJ is always a favorite, and since he has been rector, the cathedral has been shown so much love and care."
