What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the Old Bucks County Courthouse present a mixed picture, with praise for dedicated staff in administrative offices and transformative support in programs like Wellness Court. However, some visitors express significant frustration with judicial processes and perceived systemic issues, particularly in family court matters.
"Miranda and Rachel are straight-up rockstars. Every time I walk in, they set the tone — professional, patient, and actually on point with what real customer service should look like. No attitude, no confusion, just smooth execution and good vibes.
Miranda handles things with that calm, veteran confidence — you can tell she knows her stuff inside and out. Rachel brings the energy and makes you feel like your time actually matters. The two of them together? That’s a power duo. Efficiency unlocked. Zero friction. Total customer-experience synergy.
In a world where service feels rushed or sloppy, these two remind you what it should be: respectful, helpful, and consistent. Big shoutout to both of them. They’re the reason I keep coming back."

"My case was granted as "complex" back in 2020. To make long story short, I visited Domestic Relations Office of Bucks County today to resolve my issue and was pleasantly surprised. DRO's officer, Sarah Handy, was very helpful, gave me few helpful tips , provided me with copies of court's orders that were not sent to me previously and phone #s related to my case.
The other officer in my case is Madison Glick. Avoid her and request Sarah instead . Why? In my opinion, Sarah listens, Madison does not."

"The system is broken. The custody part of the courts is a joke. Judges don’t care. They use this CCES report which in my situation was a lie and a my child was removed from her happy loving home all because the fathers false accusations and put into an emotionally and verbally abusive home (his) These judges don’t want to hear the truth. If you have a past as do I that’s what they go on. They don’t go on the current situation. You can enter an emergency petition stating anything with no proof and they listen to that person even though it’s all allegations. It’s not innocent until proven guilty as it should be. I’ve spoken to many lawyers and they all can’t understand how my case has gotten to the level it has. It’s a shame that my child and other children are used as pawns from the hateful parent the parent that refuses to co parent and the distress this despicable person puts on the home the child was born and lived in since day one. This system has done nothing for me but cause me pain and suffering depression and anxiety. For someone that has a past when does that become actually that… there past? It never does!! They want to accuse me of being on drugs currently which is a lie but they are making is so difficult to go on and want to get out of bed because my child was taken from me that they are literally trying to push a person to resort back to their past use… any person would to deal with the heartache this “system” and so called professionals have created. They all get to go home and be with their children they don’t care or think of the pain they have caused all of us … I believe in karma and one day the ones involved in my situation the ones that have destroyed my family will get theirs !"
