In town for a few months and brought my bike with me, looking for some decent lengthen paved or single track trails.
I would suggest Heritage trail. It actually starts with the Bee Branch, so you can get quite a bike ride. Otherwise look up the bike trails in town on the city website, not that'd id recommend them since most go through downtown with all of that traffic
