Reviews Summary

Reviews for properties managed by 'Evansville Historic Homes' indicate a mixed experience. While some tenants praise prompt repairs and good management, others report issues with inexperienced management and unaddressed damage claims. The overall sentiment suggests potential buyers and tenants should exercise caution and thorough due diligence. Reddit

"Evansville Historic Homes is my landlord. They are much better than the previous owners of ERS Management. They do repairs as needed and usually it is within 24 hours. Lukas, the former manager is a nice guy but he is limited to what he is allowed to do. The new manager is Michelle Stanger who is totally inexperienced. She is what was told to do by her boss Whitney who has even less experience. It's pretty obvious what they are trying to do is dump this place. After my insurance company paid them over $7600 they did nothing, and I think that they don't want to let their boss know what they paid for this building, because they definitely have it on the market. No one is biting though. They aren't rejecting my rent like they tried to do back 3 months ago. They don't know it yet but I am suing them for refusing my claim for the water damage that ruined a brand new cabinet that I have yet to assemble and for the overages caused by waiting nearly 2 months to get it repaired. I will tell any potential buyers or tenants the same thing. Don't waste your time."
