What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally enjoy the Jelly Belly Factory Visitor Center, appreciating the self-guided tour, museum, and extensive candy selection. While some miss the live production and free samples, the cafe and tasting experiences add to the overall appeal. It remains a popular spot for families and candy lovers seeking a sweet and nostalgic outing.
"This place only gets 3 stars because not only do you have to pay for the tour now they don't even give you free samples during the tour plus they used to have lil stations where the tour guides would tell you the history of the place and now they only have videos playing, all because of COVID. But I'm not sure why even that is an excuse. Still love the place though first time going to the museum which was pretty cool. Got some jelly bellys and took pics"

"I took my kids back to the Jelly Belly Factory a few weeks ago, and we still had a great time. They’ve changed things a bit—there’s no longer live candy production to watch. Instead, the tour is now self-guided with videos showing how the jelly beans are made. It’s not quite as cool as seeing the process live, but still fun and informative. We stopped and had lunch st the Cafe. The food is pretty good and the staff were extremely helpful. We used to go here a lot when the kids were younger and we've always had a great time. Things did change a lot but of course, we still love the jelly beans—can’t leave without grabbing a few bags."
