"From beginning to end everyone at the grand made us feel so special, and I mean everyone. This was a special outing for three friends who needed to get away for a few days. The gentleman‘s name who waited on us at the fire pit at the bar, I can’t remember his name, but he had worked for the grand for 14 years and was the epitome of wonderful customer service. We stayed up there for a couple of hours and he brought his blankets make sure we didn’t need anything and smiled at us with his big huge smile. There were others like golf cart, drivers, and the registration desk who were all about making sure our visit was all it could be. When we left, we were convinced that this would need to be an annual visit. Thanks again to everyone, Janie."

"10/10 experience at The Grand Hotel. From the moment we pulled through the gate and were greeted by the sweetest man who provided helpful instructions to get us to the hotel lobby, to the concierge who escorted us to our building and helped cart our items to the room, to every single server we encountered (Gregory at the pool, Julia at Southern Roots, Andrew at Bucky's, Antonia at The Grand Hall for brunch), and the entire spa staff, we felt extremely taken care of. Not only was everyone incredibly good at their job, they were genuinely nice people. The grounds were absolutely stunning and something of a dream. I could not be more thrilled with our experience, and I almost hesitate to recommend to others because I'd like this to remain a "best kept secret." It was an absolutely amazing weekend."
