"Parking outside or if full there is an overflow carpark just before the building, the building has 2 floor with a lift ,the rooms tell you about the history of the building and area around it , upstairs is mainly about archeology about the mound the house was built on.
In the grounds there is a viewing walkway extending into the estuary
Only 10 dollar's admission"

"We when on the kayak tour and had THE BEST TIME. We saw countless egrets and other wildlife but best of all we got to encounter 2 dolphins!! Our tour guide, Adam, was super knowledgeable and funny. We will definitely be back!!!!"

"We went at a slow time - and didn't have a guided tour. We did have a 25-minute movie on the history of Fort Myers Beach from the Calusa years to about the late 1990s - with great interviews from elderly (in the 1990s) residents who'd lived there their entire life. The house has many exhibits showing life before the Europeans took over - with explanations and artifacts. The grounds have signs about the area, the vegetation, and the history of the house. All-in-all between the movie, the house, and the grounds - we spent about 90 minutes here. There's a small gift shop. And... good views across the water."
