The tasting tour is in there still house so you could see the grains fermenting. If you’re used to a large distillery, this was quaint but the distiller had a ton of knowledge."

"This place is so deceiving! When you pull up you might think you’re in the wrong the place, you’re not. Dave is the owner and master distiller and the tasting is led in the middle of the production room. It is the most unique experience you will find on the trail. Dave has a dry stark sense of humor but it’s witty and endearing. The tequila and swheat were fan favorites. You must make this a stop on your trip! He will also sign your bottles if you’re nice :)"
