Dave is the owner and master distiller and the tasting is led in the middle of the production room. It is the most unique experience you will find on the trail. Dave has a dry stark sense of humor but it’s witty and endearing. The tequila and swheat were fan favorites. You must make this a stop on your trip! He will also sign your bottles if you’re nice :)"
