What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the Ararat Armenian Cemetery are mixed, with some praising the beauty and the helpfulness of staff like Sheri, while others express disappointment with maintenance and accessibility. Concerns have also been raised about safety and the need for better facilities for visitors without vehicles.
"Not maintained Cemetery. Sherri is nice person but not knowledgeable about her job she only likes to sell a plot then taking care other issues with the clients very disappointing. I pray my future not to end there I believe in cremation even though it’s not in Armenian orthodox rules."

"Sheri and the staff at Masis Ararat Armenian Cemetery are a blessing to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help."

"It is a very desolate place, and very dangerous if you don't have a car or bike. Who knows some one could get bitten by a stray dog or a bunch of hornets and wouldn't have a car for escape. I suggest for public safety, there needs to be a small bus shelter hare, a building for those without a car waiting for there, handy ride bus or Euber. That way when the weather is too dangerous they won't get too hot , cold or wet. Also the shelter should have a Rester room and a place to sit rest and drink from a water fountain or eat from a vending machine, a security guard, and a cell phone charging station. If any of my family gets berried out hare i would not be able to ever visit their grave."
