Reviews Summary

Garibaldi Pier's End offers a scenic coastal experience with opportunities for crabbing and photography, highlighted by its historical Coast Guard station. While some visitors find crabbing success limited and note issues with regulation adherence, the beautiful ocean views and the chance to learn local history are consistently praised. Reddit+1

"Not a lot of crab. Seems over-crabbed and over-clammed! Also, saw bunch of people not adhering to Oregon regulations. One couple had 6 traps between 2 of them and left traps unattended. In fact, TONS of unattended traps! No one was measuring crabs n I definitely saw people keeping crabs that were under regulation which was sad to see. Beautiful ocean view with awesome wildlife though. Definitely chkout the historical boathouse while there, great guys that share some really cool history & stories on the place! Can't recommend this pier for crabbing or clamming though. We only caught 3 crabs here and a handful of clams...only small itty bitty baby clams."
