"Love hiking this part of New Hampshire. There are some beautiful hikes out here, much I would consider easy to moderate (as a seasoned WMNF hiker). Pictures and video here are of Piper/Swett Mountain from about two weeks ago. If you plan on hiking Swett from Piper, just take note there is a little scramble before reaching the saddle upon your descent from Piper. The scramble should be manageable for most, but be cautious if conditions are slick. When I was there conditions were good but I could see needing spikes at some points depending on the weather."

"Another section of the Belknap mountain range that is just awesome for hiking! The trails vary from moderate to difficult. At least for me because I have a disability. But the views from the mountains in that area are beautiful! And Round Pond in the middle of it all to me is like heaven on Earth."
