"One top secret: The water in Glen lake is warmer than Lake Michigan! I was trying to get into water at other Lake Michigan beach spots in area (Glen Haven Beach and the beach after dune climb) and I couldn't since water was too cold.
This spot is absolutely beautiful! You can walk in Glen lake for first 150 feet or so because the water is shallow. You will see private yatchs etc.
There are private and public entrance to Glen Lake from this Narrows bridge. Public entrance isn't really displayed, you just have to find it's entrance next to road railing (few feet from private entrance).
Finding parking can be little hard as limited spots and I visited it on a weekend."
