"This was a beautiful location. We had waterfront views. Our room was smaller than some of the other king-sized rooms but it was fine for us. I was so happy that they cleaned our room daily (we’re on vacation!). My only complaint is no microwave on the room or a central location. There is a restaurant, Wine bar, and water activities for families. It is directly across from the beach so it’s in walking distance. We were with extended family members who drove to the casinos, 20-minutes and shopping and dining options."

"The location and pool area was very nice with a lot for the kids to do and drinks for the adults. There were several options for food and entertainment for the kids. The service from the available staff was excellent; however, they were significantly understaffed and our wait for food was significant. The Hippie fish restaurant food was mixed. The fish tacos were terrible, hardly any fish. Seafood bread tasted like crab boil and cream cheese with frozen ship on toast- not good at all. The kids meals were barely eatable by my granddaughter. However, my daughter and her husband enjoyed the salmon and shrimp and grits. The Oasis Grill food was good, but again significantly understaffed.
The miniature golf course was beautiful, but severely overpriced for families. We only wanted to play 1 round. It was $45 for 1 adult and 1 child. Overall our stay was very nice with a resort feel."

"The entrance, outside, the waterfall is nice, rooms are nice, could really use some updating, the elevator didn't work for us to come back down upon arrival or the whole visit, have to walk the stairs which is a bit much if you're elderly, Socket didn't work to charge phones, lights near bed didn't work, phone didn't work.The cost is ok, just wish there was a premium Offer with all of the add ons included such as the golf court, Ice cream shop, restaurant, The Wine experience and the games.I think that it would be awesome if you all offered a price for just the stay, and a separate offer which includes all of the other outings located on the property, The water park, pool, And grill.Thr bathrooms definitely needs updating, the tubs are very shiny, sleek, and very slippery, theres nothing in the tub, or around it if you're tired, get in to shower, and slip.The paint in the tub that we had was almost like it was painted with a high gloss that doesn't compliment your balance when getting into the tub, no Mat inside the tub, no warning of the fact that if you get into the tub especially to shower, definitely place a couple of short towels in the bottle, because the tub is a safety hazard to anyone young, or old..Saying this to say my significant other slipped down instantly in the tub, injuring herself, and now swollen up from the fall.The lights outside were very nice as well, I just wished that you all install more lights outside of your establishment.It is too dark outside when driving around to attempt to locate the office, or your room.The numbers on the buildings don't stand out, it would good if the numbers were In the very front of each building in the purplish or even a LED light in Blue.It took us a long time to find our building number, we ended up walking around to find it, and at night that's not a good thing to be doing when you're visiting from a different state, and don't know anyone.It is a very nice hotel, it's very different from most, it gives you the feeling of pulling up to the actual White House thats the best I could explain it.The costs for pizza, and other functions are kinda expensive and the pizza took a long time to be delivered to us near the pool area.I was definitely appalled after coming in with doggie bags after eating out, thinking we'd save some food, and eat it later, or the next day, only to realize this hotel room doesn't have a microwave in it, didn't have all that we needed to make coffee, and it was somewhat dusty.I am a Entrepreneur, I saw the golf cart carrying a customer to the court, Adding a basketball court would be Awesome, a area for Volleyball, and I would recommend a tour experience of the property, whether it be on a tiny bus, a horse and carriage, mini van, just a way for those that are visiting to tour the property and get familiar with it first hand, Thank You💖🙏🏼"
