"Haleiwa Beach Park is undeniably a beautiful spot, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The park itself is well-maintained, with a large open area, nice walking paths, and a great place to relax by the water.
However, we did feel a bit uncomfortable during our visit. There were a number of homeless individuals in the area, and some were quite aggressive, which made us feel uneasy at times. While we understand that this is a concern in many urban parks, I would suggest that tourists exercise caution when visiting, especially if traveling with family or small children.
While the park itself is beautiful, it might not be the most comfortable or safe place for everyone, depending on the time of day and your comfort level with such situations. We recommend being aware of your surroundings and possibly visiting during busier hours if you choose to go."
