Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Haleiwa Beach Park's stunning natural beauty, especially the breathtaking sunsets and frequent sea turtle sightings. The park's ample parking and calmer waters in certain areas make it a family-friendly and accessible spot. Some note the beach can be rocky, impacting the water's appearance and comfort for walking.

"Truly such a beautiful place on the island. We came by here while we were doing our Circle Tour of the island. You could see lots of sea turtles and the bay is truly gorgeous. There's a little beach just to the East of the parking lot where you can go down in the water and there's also lots of beautiful coral reef structures that you can walk around and check out.
I could have spent half the day there to explore everything in the area. They have some great shade trees in the park and you can just sit and watch the ocean."

Corey McOuat

"Large park with plenty of parking. There are some large rocks in the sand. We were able to see a beautiful sunset. Turtles kept popping their heads up. We also saw some jumping fish. Plenty of people setting up their grills and serving up dinner."

Larry Holcombe

"That sunset... chef kiss

Seen a couple turtles swimming around, nice and, but rocky in some spots too. Still, this is one of my favorite beaches on the island. More parking options than many other spots, nice water for swimming, and close to matsumoto's."
