Interactions with them feel much like trying to communicate with the Vatican or obtain a record from Fort Knox. Their communications usually refer you to someone else (the Family History Center in SLC) to look something up or obtain what they likely already have in the library. Still, they're very, very good.... they're just more often than not disappointing in delivering results to the online researcher."
