"Pros and cons, I'll start with the pros.The trains are fantastic, the layout is visually appealing. Multiple rooms with trains winding in and out of the mountains and towns, it's fun to watch the children's faces light up watching them. Roughly half of the staff are warm, friendly, and seem to genuinely enjoy sharing their knowledge. Now, for the cons. The other half of the staff are crass, cold, and seem to not have the temperament to be around children or intellectually disabled people. We have been coming here for many many years and donate at the little box every single time, however, we took a break for about two years because we had a bad experience and my autistic son forgets nothing, ever. So we decided to try again today, and while I saw some fresh new faces as well as some of the original faces we know and love, some of the others were unfortunately still there, still rude, still insensitive, so this might just be a destination we have to cross off our list. It's sad because like most autistic children, my son loves trains"
