"Old Edwards Inn is absolutely beautiful — a true gem in Highlands. The hotel itself is stunning, with plenty of hiking nearby to enjoy the mountains and fresh air. The spa is so relaxing, with multiple relaxation rooms and one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
The food across all the restaurants is excellent, with Four65 being a standout favorite. I’ve been to Highlands many times and usually stay at a house, but we decided to treat ourselves at the hotel this time — and it was so worth it. The rooms are very updated, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay feel extra special.
I’ve also attended three weddings here, and it’s hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a wedding, definitely go with stations instead of a sit-down dinner — the stations are social, offer tons of food choices, and the spread is both beautiful and delicious. It truly makes for a memorable event.
Beyond that, there’s so much to do on the property — from the amazing pool to croquet, cozy fireplaces, and more. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially the president and managing director, Richard, and his wife Melissa. Their presence and kindness really make the experience feel even more personal.
All in all, Old Edwards Inn & Spa is not just a hotel, but a full experience. Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, a wedding, or just to enjoy Highlands, it’s a place that never disappoints. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay at Old Edwards Inn was outstanding from start to finish. From the champagne welcome to the warm, cozy rooms, every detail impressed us. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Madison’s, relaxing time on the rooftop terrace, and a charming lunch in the Wine Garden. The spa’s couples massage was a true highlight, making our weekend even more special. We even switched to a cottage mid-stay, which did not disappoint. The heated pools also allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even in cooler weather.

"Old Edwards inn and Spa hosted our group for a spa day and then a wine dinner the following night. We did not stay at the inn, though I definitely hope to in the future. SPA DAY - the services included facials and massages and all agreed that they received wonderful service. I get massages regularly and was impressed with my massage therapist. The environment is lovely, complete with spacious, clean changing rooms, a plunge pool. sauna rooms, shower options and lovely relaxation spaces for before and after your treatments. My only regret is not getting there a bit earlier to take advantage of the lovely spaces. If you receive treatments, you have 1 hour before and 1 hour after to enjoy. We were served a lovely lunch on the patio and food was good. The next event, our wine tasting and dinner was just the best. Jonathan was our wine guy and he played along with our hilarity in good humor, plus managed to educate us quite a bit. I believe Michael was our waiter and we all felt pampered and well cared for by him and the team. I have some dietary restrictions and they even brought me out my own dessert, unrequested. Truly excellent service and the wine room is a great space for a group of 10-11. 10/10 recommend and I honestly hope to stay there in the future for a girls weekend or romantic getaway... or both! Location is right in the middle of the main street so plenty to do nearby if you're staying at the inn."
