Moving to the area; commute question!
Hi! I am looking to move into the area but will *need* to arrive on time to work. Google maps is telling me the 126 bus can get me from 14th and Bloomfield to 42nd St via the Lincoln Tunnel at about 7:30 am in less than 15 minutes. Is that for real? I feel like Google is…

Anyone living at Hoboken Point and commuting to Hudson Yards?
Hey all, I’ll be starting a new job in Hudson Yards and I’m planning to live at Hoboken Point (100 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken NJ). Google Maps seems to be giving me inconsistent commute info especially for the bus and ferry routes. If you live there or nearby: * How reliable is…
One day in Hoboken
I would like to spend a day exploring. I have heard good things about the city but I have never been. I love to walk to explore, for context I did twelve miles in October on a stroll from Penn Station to Citi Field. I love good food and beer. So the ideal day is walk, drink and…

Traveling from NYC to Hoboken late at night?
Im planning on staying out late on Halloween, probably heading back home around 2am. I was wondering what's the most efficient and safest way for me to get back home around that time. Which would be better? Taking the PATH or taking the bus from Port Authority? Update: Thanks…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hoboken Terminal is a vital transit hub praised for its convenient connections and stunning Manhattan skyline views. While its historic architecture is appreciated, some users note that bus schedules can be unreliable and the terminal shows signs of age. Overall, it's a functional and scenic gateway for travelers.
"Bus drivers go 15-25 mph over the speed limit, run red lights, cut drivers off going full speed. Why are we rushing, is there a bonus if they finish a route the quickest? I'm for public safety vs getting to destinations quicker."
Dane Calcagni
"Never wait believing the schedule given in njntransit app or Google map. Some how this nj transit terminal doesn't follow any timing especially rt 85 /87 etc."
Sreehari Nair
"This is actually a pretty good train terminal especially compared to New York Penn station. The tracks are posted well before departure time and the trains almost always leave from the same tracks on a daily basis. The downside is that it still looks somewhat beat up as it was significantly damaged during the storm several years ago."
