"The Holland Bowl Mill is like going back in time! We walked in and were offered a private tour and learned SO much about the process of making these beautiful bowls! It was interesting for both adults and children. They are a zero waste business which is impressive! Both the current and previous generation owners were there working that day which was neat to see. They have a storefront for shopping or you can order and have things shipped. Highly recommend this quick stop. We will return if we come to the area again."

"I ordered 2 bowls late Nov.2024 for myself. One was a 12" Cherry fruit bowl, the other was a 15" Cherry chopping bowl with a mezzaluna. In Dec. 2024, Additionally, I ordered gift for my niece's wedding, a 15" Cherry chopping bowl, inscribed.
My bowls were delayed to overwhelming orders for holidays. When I received them, the Fruit bowl was beautiful. The Chopping bowl looked like a red stain piece of wood. I sent an email to Kory who was on vacation. I spoke personally to Krista. According to her I did not specify if I wanted two tone or uniform. She was reading the instructions to specify, but I tried to point out to her she was reading the 15" bowl, NOT the 15" Chopping bowl.
The 15" chopping bowl description on how to specify which coloration you want, as of this writing, has not been updated on the website.
I finally got Kory on the phone, who was snarky to me. I wanted the bowl that looked like the photograph on their website. He said, ""well let me go in the back now and get it", his rudeness was
unbelievable. First in general, secondly to a customer that placed
2 orders shy of $500. He never sent the return label to exchange the bowls.
I called and spoke to Krista, I was upset and said to her, it's up to you to either send the return label or not, as I was tired ot the runaround.
I finally received The label, returned the red bowl, and finally received the 2 tone 15" Cherry Chopping bowl.
Again not only does it not look like the photographed one on the website, ( I am well aware of wood variations), but I believe they sent me imperfect bowl. ( Was it on purpose?)
It is not round and the dimensions off about an inch, so it more oblong/oval shaped.
I am tired of dealing with this company and trying to support a small business."

"I’m 54 years old and am learning to enjoy the “little things” in life. It may sound like an inconsequential fact but a salad made in a wooden bowl is just better than a salad made in a plastic bowl or on a cutting board. The preparation work and presentation of the salad at meal time is elevated when it is presented in a holland bowl. I can’t recommend this company and its products more than this review. 5 star review!! You won’t regret making a purchase."
