"This is probably my favorite museum in the Houston area. they are very friendly, it's a completely free museum honestly it's such a hidden gem and I would like more people to know about this museum. They have two floors and two separate exhibits on each floor. They have restrooms on the bottom floor in the corner. Sometimes they have a reading corner which is really cool on the bottom floor as well. A must see if in the Montrose area."

"The Contemporary Arts Museum Houston was a vibrant and thought-provoking visit—and best of all, admission is free!

Tomashi Jackson’s Across the Universe stood out with its bold colors and fresh energy, offering a powerful reflection on societal power and community empowerment.

The OUT OF STOCK teen exhibition was impressive and timely. Some pieces felt dark, capturing the real struggles of today’s youth, which made them even more impactful.

A meaningful and accessible experience all around."

Meli Mel

"Very Nice museum , must visit while you sell around the art district, promotes local artists and has some workshops in which you can do different activities"
