"I went last year on 9/11/ 2024 and they had organized parking. It was beautiful, they had a very lovely ceremony and it was definitely something to witness being there. I got there kind of early around 4-5pm and waited and walked around the Liberty Park area until it got to dusk where they started to host the ceremony and the memorial lights in NYC started to turn on."
