"So called civic groups bring kids from public housing units here for events and I have witnessed them breaking down the saplings planted there and leaving a trail of garbage. Today I saw a dirt bike and a small gas powered car tearing up the baseball diamonds and surrounding grass. A couple of weeks ago another “civic” group trashed the pavilions and spent their time swearing at their kids and each other. Pretty pathetic. Guess their breeding is showing. It never used to be so bad. Week day mornings aren’t so bad. Usually it’s retirees and the working class getting in a good walk before the day begins. Stay on the path too. The grass is usually full of dog crap."
