Reviews Summary
Visitors find the Firefighters Fountain & Memorial to be a beautiful and touching tribute, particularly appreciating the illuminated fountain and detailed bronze sculptures. While some note minor issues with litter and limited parking, the overall experience is considered worthwhile for its historical significance and peaceful atmosphere.
"A beautiful tribute to fallen firefighters.
The parking area is small, but it wasn't busy here (only one person leaving, and a second person came for some photos while we were there).
There was quite a bit of trash on the grounds. We spent a good 20 minutes cleaning up before seeing the memorial, so that was a little disappointing.
The fountain and memorial are very well done. It's a touching tribute to those that sacrificed their lives to save the lives of others. (Saw pictures that they light up blue at night, which would have been awesome to see in person).
The placards tell mainly of lives lost to tragedy.
Worth seeing if you're in the area.
There are Pokestops and a gym here."

"In the "City of Fountains" this is one worth stopping by and seeing. Dedicated to firefighters, it sits off by itself near Penn Valley Park.
Nice history markers, and beautiful views."
