"We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. Had to wait about 10 minutes to buy tickets. We recommend general admission and the tower experience. You won't regret the tower view and seeing the whole city. We also recommend signing up for the free guided tour that is about 90 minutes. The gentleman that led our tour was an absolute wealth of knowledge and had multiple PhD's in history. He was able to explain a lot of things and provide details about the history of the war and a lot of nuances and the impact of it that I had never heard before. It was very well done and the guided tour comes with a wireless headphone so you can hear the guide and wander around at the same time which is really nice thanks to have that kind of flexibility.
They have a pretty nice Cafe as well with a lot of drinks and sandwiches for very reasonable prices as well.
Overall, the quality of this museum is incredible and it's the only one in the country, so you have to visit!"

"We were able to visit the National World War 1 Museum recently. It was amazing. Very well done. Such sad hard stories but portrayed in powerful ways. They have done a good job telling the stories of the War. We all need to remember or be reminded of our history. It’s very important to teach our history. So many adults do not know what has happened in our past. Our children definitely need to study history. We do not want to repeat errors of our past. Thank you for being available for us all to visit & be reminded of how we became the people we are today."
