"UPDATE: On this last visit, it seemed like this casino has worked hard to improve things. I primarily played KENO at the bar. Drinks were tasty and staff very polite. They didn't hesitate to take immediate action when I reported a dog locked in a car 98 degrees outside. Large dog was already panting hard. Great job security.

Terrible experience. Keno machines didn't work right. Ultimate poker machine hold button didn't work. Another machines had blurry screens. Very poorly maintained machines. I think Orgosy and Ameristar would be your better BET."

Absolutely filthy casino. To play smells like a thousand dirty ashtrays. Their are cigarette ashes all over the machines and empty beer bottles laying on the floor. Bathrooms were disgusting. Every time we go there we are sick for the next 3 days.

This is the UPDATED Review regarding HOLLYWOOD CASINO:
I had posted pictures of dozens of "Out of Order" games. Almost all those games are gone and "working games" are there now.
The Casino has a MUCH better vibe. The live DJ and 80's music is fantastic.
Dirty ashtrays and beer bottles laying on the floor still plague this place, but it is getting better.
The food at the PIT STOP is pretty darn good, especially the pizza. The Marquee Cafe is very good, as is the Final Cut Steakhouse.
We've only eaten one thing at Turn 2, but it was good as well.
Overall, this place is getting better. If they could just clean up the cigarette butts laying everywhere along with the empty bottles, cups, etc.. and get someone to wipe down the machines, this place would be a 4+ star casino.
I can tell you this. I spend over $500-$1,500 per visit and i WIN a LOT MORE here than i do at Prairie Band Casino. PBC has gotten greedy while this place has gotten looser."
