"This is a very nice shopping center in a great location. The beautiful fountain & open area in the middle is just phenomenal. It’s really sad to see it empty with only a handful of shops. I remember when it was booming and they even hosted the Katy Sip & Stroll event there. It was very nice. Now, it feels like ever since Local Table left, they can’t keep any tenants. I wonder if the rent is too high. I really hope they do something to bring back to life because honestly if Connolly leaves, they will likely be done"
