Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Green River Natural Resources Area for its peaceful atmosphere and opportunities for wildlife observation, particularly from its viewing towers. The paved Green River Trail is a highlight for biking and walking. Some unexpected cultural experiences, like cricket matches, add a unique charm to the area.
"I was Ebiking through the Green River park, & came across a group of Samoian & Hawaiians playing Cricket. Had never seen it played live before, only on T.V. Shows. There were at least 25 players, with some wives & friends watching. The Cricket ball is like a superb all, very bouncy. The bats were usually home made. Beautiful pieces of work. I was amazed by how far the ball could be hit. And to watch the outfielders catch that small ball with bare hands only. Awesome."
