"I did the trail from the visit center to the top. Starting at the visitor center they have a listen along story trail for kids and people. I didn’t activate it at the start so missed the story but thought it was a nice touch. That part of the trail was very easy. It did get a tiny bit more difficult about 1/2 mile from the falls but wasn’t to terrible to navigate. Probably would say it falls between the far end of easy to moderate to do."

"Bearwallow Falls is a great spot for a short adventure! The trail is moderately challenging—enough to feel like a bit of a workout, but still very kid-friendly. Along the way, we saw a few snakes and other wildlife, which made it even more exciting for the kids. The lookout point at the falls is beautiful and definitely worth the hike. There are also covered picnic tables that make a perfect spot to rest and have lunch, and the bathrooms on-site were a nice bonus. A solid choice for families looking for a mix of nature, views, and a bit of fun exploration!"
