"We hosted a celebration of life for my mother-in-law at the Cider Gallery. The staff were so kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that all of the fees and event options were available on the website for me to look through. I like having straight-forward information. I also received a Google drive in the planning process that made things easier, and they had all the questions I'd need to answer available.

We had a short turn-around for our event, and Coco and her team were so kind in letting us change our minds. A celebration of life definitely has a lot of feelings attached to it, so their extra care was so helpful.

On the day-of, I was walked through what the on-site manager needed and everything went great. I also know that Coco went out of her way to meet some of our requests, and it was greatly appreciated."

"We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of venue. After searching around Topeka and not finding a space that truly spoke to us, we decided to venture out to Lawrence—and that’s when we found The Cider Gallery. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

The gallery space was absolutely perfect—its clean, open layout and elegant architecture offered a beautiful contrast to our decorations and made everything feel both timeless and unique. Even before the décor went up, the space had a charm of its own. It served as the perfect blank canvas for our vision to come to life. Once decorated, it truly transformed into something magical. We received so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and inviting the space felt.

We had originally planned to host Cocktail Hour outside in the courtyard, complete with yard games, but the Kansas heat had other plans. We were also concerned that the heat might derail our bourbon tasting—hosted in a spot we affectionately called The Alamo—but it ended up being a guest favorite! The setup was cozy and inviting, and our guests enjoyed the experience so much that the heat didn’t dampen the mood one bit.

We also received multiple compliments from our vendors on how easy it was to work with The Cider Gallery. Their organization, flexibility, and professionalism made setup and coordination a breeze for everyone involved.

We absolutely LOVE Coco and her team at The Cider Gallery. They were wonderful to work with—responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process. They helped make the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable.

"If you are thinking about having an event here, book it NOW! We've used the Cider Gallery for 4-5 years now for an annual training, ranging from 50-125 people each year. It is not only a fabulous venue, you really can't get better hospitality and service anywhere. We're not a high-budget entity and Jennifer bends over backwards to make it a great experience for our group. The flexibility exhibited means that you can make changes on the fly and still pull off a great event. We will go back year after year so long as we have this continued experience."
