"This is a perfect substitute for a Beach Day that is close by. The catch you have to pre purchase tickets and call in morning to make sure they are open as they test the water of the lake each day. Free parking, they have a snack bar thats not bad. (Note prices in the snack bar are higher for sure than if you would buy anywhere else but it is convenient. You are able to bring in your own food in a cooler and they have a marked out section of picnic tables and places you can bring your own grill. My kids loved the sand beach and I enjoyed floating on an intertube that they have that can be rented for the day as well as boats, umbrellas, chairs. Well worth a visit!"

"Was not packed maybe because you have to pay to get in which for the price it was awsome to not be over packed. I got to swim, jump off multiple decks, Deck with swing, a high stand, kids deck, kayaking, and lounge around. Beach chairs, Kayaks, water tubes, and food can be rented and bought. Plenty of life guards on duty, cleaning showers outside can be used before you go in, and when leaving, changing/ restrooms are available on site, and parking is right outside the gate. Great location to swim and bring your family for a fun day, some shaded areas around the trees and free umbrella already in the sand if you're there first. π great vacation day, for sure."
