"We went today July 24th 2025. It was full of super gross algae bloom! It’s probably dangerous. There were no warning signs up. It was really bad and stinky and people were still swimming. I hope no one gets sick. Someone needs to monitor this place!"
Britt Jacobson
"Fishing in summer at early morning can be amazing. White bass are everywhere throughout the summer and early fall. Smaller Bullhead catfish are there year round and are awesome to fight on light gear. Carp can be seen jumping and occasionally chillin on top of the water but are incredibly difficult to catch."
