Best place to shore fish the lower Niagara River?
Wanted to get out Sunday morning and fish the mighty Niagara. I know the power authority access doesn't open until 4/1; I assume Joseph Davis isn't ideal; and Devil's Hole/Whirlpool might be too much of a hike for my fishing partner. Any good shore fishing spots?
