"Love this state park. Trails are marked nicely and the views are beautiful. You can fish, camp and just relax from so many areas within the park. The restrooms within the main day use area by the paddle rentals could use some attention (smelled worse than a men’s urinal) which is very atypical for GA state parks. Aside of this, the park, views, accessible parking, and ability to fish and enjoy are all wonderful and worth the experience."

"Wonderful state park, really well maintained, and all of the parks staff members are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the park. Great place to go hiking, fishing, or even just driving around and sightseeing. A day pass only costs $5.00 for 1 vehicle entering, so it's well worth it, in my opinion. A+."
