We were able to see inside of the wine library, and even saw some of the grapes during the fermentation process. Cosmo was an amazing guide!! We were able to taste about 7-8 different wines and they were all fantastic. I don't typically like Chardonnay or Rose, but these two from Melville were delicious - we even ended up buying a bottle of the Rose. I am so glad we found Melville and I will highly recommend it to my family and friends."
