Y’all’s libraries are nuts
Leaving this here for any future transplants like myself, or any locals who don’t realize what kind of gold mine they’re sitting on. Y’all. Y’ALL. Libraries here are insane. I went to three of them today (my city, my county, and Denver) and had to pick my jaw up off the floor…

"We had the most amazing birthday at the library! The librarians did such a wonderful job — everything was so well organized, and the kids had an absolute blast. Thank you for making it such a special and fun day!"

"Pretty nice place. It’s smaller than the Parker and Castle Rock libraries but it has a lot of seating within and without. I love the green little rocking chairs. Came to a meetup here in one of the conference rooms. At times it was a little noisy even with the sliding door closed but I think the small size might actually encourage the folks with the noisy kiddos to stick around less."
