"Shhh. Longboat pass is my favorite spot as a Fl native to hit on a sunny day. Boat in or kayak from Cochina Beach ramp just around the corner to the north. Just a bit south theres food nearby at Mar Vista, The Shore, or Bridge Street docks a little bit north.
Easy gulf access or just hang out in the protected Bayside. Usually quiet mid week and sandbar lifestyle on Jewfish key sandbar gets busy on nice weekends but sometimes that's the attraction. Enjoy."
