"I love Louisville Nature Center. I’ve been hiking there with my child since he was very young and it’s a favorite spot in our friend group for birthday parties. We are thankful for this urban forest tucked into the middle of town"

Dave Howard

"Took the Red Maple trail before cutting over to the white oak trail and thankfully we did because otherwise we would've passed out from exhaustion! Hard to believe there's a 7.5 mile trail in the center of the city but the white oak trail was beautiful and well cleared , not much wildlife around when I was there but definitely a hidden gem if you like easy going hikes."

Shayne Snyder

"The Louisville Nature Center is a great venue for corporate walking events. They have several trails that provide beautiful scenery, fall foliage, wildlife, and souvenirs to remind you of your experience there.

I spotted turkeys, dear, birds, and other animals amongst all kinds of trees during my recent visit, which made my trek on the "Red Mile" even more memorable!🦌🦃🦅"
