"The Lower Bluff Walk in downtown Lynchburg is a great new community space. Originally built in 2015, this pedestrian-oriented zone has brought new activity and vibrancy into a long neglected part of downtown Lynchburg. Hundreds of lofts and several businesses and restaurants are now focused on the Bluff Walk and there is always lots of pedestrian activity as you stroll along the beautiful brick walkway.
