It's a clean, relaxing spot with great river views, ideal for walks, biking, and water activities. Some concerns include occasional marijuana use and the inherent dangers of the river.
"Amazing park created where the water treatment plant used to be before a big flood in the early 90s. I love that there is a big paved loop path that is accessible as well as more “off road” hiking trails by the river and a pond.
There is also a playground my kids love, plenty of parking, and a bathroom. Great views of the river!
Bring bug spray if you go on the trails near the water, as the area is heavily wooded and there is lots of wildlife."
