"I visited the residence for the first time during the 2022 Holiday Tour. It was very well organized and requires online registration for free admission which avoids long lines of visitors. One of the rooms was devoted to Alzheimer's Awareness and featured a lot of purple colors.
July 2023: Returned for a guided tour. We were greeted by Kathy Evers, the governor's wife, who spoke with us for several minutes. A nice surprise. We toured the same rooms as I did on the holiday tour but with guides in every room. I was happy to see a couple familiar artists with art on the walls of the reception room.
I definitely recommend the tours."
