"In August 2025, we visited the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area in the Northeastern corner of Utah. The Flaming Gorge Dam was completed in 1964, and since then, the Green River has been backed up to create the deep-water Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The red rocks combined with the deep blue water create magnificent scenery. People go swimming, boating, and fishing in the Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The Flaming Gorge Dam has a Visitor's Center and amazing walkways. There is Lake Vista with its amazing walkway and scenic viewpoints. Flaming Gorge is an amazing and beautiful place to experience and visit."

"Long and beautiful ride through the Wild West, wild horses and livestock on lots of open range. The dam and spillway were pretty amazing, and the water clarity was unbelievable. Nice place to burn those calf muscles on a few hikes. Very nice place to see for yourself"
