"Meadowbrook Preserve is a 44-acre multi-recreational park located in Queensbury, NY,. The preserve contains a 2.1 mile trail system that goes through some very scenic woods and wetlands. Along the way there are interpretive signs that educate you as you move through the preserve.
The trails are well marked and there are signs throughout the preserve showing where you are. The most scenic trials are the “Red” and “Orange” ones. These give you a nice view of nearby Halfway Brook. There is a dock located on the red trail where you can fish. You should also be able to see Hiland Golf Club from the trail system. There are many opportunities to enjoy wildlife on the trail.
Overall, you can really feel like you’re deep in the forest here although you can see houses nearby. Meadowbrook is easy to access and has parking for about 10 vehicles. Meadowbrook provides a nice place to get out and enjoy nature."
