"Beautiful area. Hadn't been here in about 38 years or so. The only drawback to this place is the parking situation. I tried getting here early but it didn't work. Had to park down the road on the shoulder. Otherwise, lots of trails and beautiful scenery. For some reason or other, some of the trails did not show up on my GPS. Some of the trails are rather hilly due to the varying terrain. Some historical buildings throughout and lots of markings on the numerous tree varieties. Worth the parking aggravation."

"Riidley has a permanent orienteering course that you can find on the DVOA site. There's a regular course with numbers & a long course that includes letters. It's a great way to see the park & improve your map reading skills....while enjoying a fantastic park."

"It was a pleasant day with beautiful weather so we decided to go for a hike after our stay at Grace winery Inn. We hiked approximately 6 to 8 miles throughout a well marked loop. For the most part, it was flat with light challenging inclines and declines, but overall good workout. An overall perfect visit."
