"This is the old Sears building from the 1930s. Memphis got a federal grant 160 million to recondition the building and the surrounding community. It has high-rise apartments for young professionals who want to live in the downtown area. Restaurants and bars in the bottom have of the building, a gym, a health care facility, a brewery, and even an FM terrestrial radio station. A cool performing arts Auditorium, and an art exhibition space. Very dog friendly, It a place for the family."
