This ongoing noise pollution significantly impacts quality of life, making it difficult to concentrate, relax, or enjoy being home. "I really like this airport because it is close to home. I live and sell in the Citrus Corridor in Mesa and I have gotten used to the planes flying overhead. The viewing area to the runway is pretty nice. The terminal is clean and well equipped. There is a nice park that is next to the terminal area. I love that Falcon Field has a school for pilots that are from all over the world. I'm so glad that the City of Mesa has this amazing airport that has such a beautiful takeoff view. I have only flown out of this airport once and I hope to be flying out more soon. (And landing, too.)"

"Falcon Field has become a serious safety concern for our community. The skies above Mesa are overcrowded with training planes flying low, circling neighborhoods, schools, and homes for hours every day and night. This is not normal airport traffic — it feels like a nonstop training factory placed in the middle of a residential area.
With so many planes packed into the same airspace, residents can’t help but worry that it’s only a matter of time before something goes wrong. The question everyone asks is: if there is another accident, where will it happen — over a home, a school, or a busy street again?
What makes this even worse is that the FAA (who claims they’re all about safety) has not stepped in to address the congestion or improve safety. Instead, families are left with constant noise, lead pollution, and the fear of a preventable disaster. Until changes are made, Falcon Field will remain a danger to the community, not an asset."
