"I had my car broken into at 3 PM in broad daylight directly in front of the front doors of the community center. Had one of the 14 staffers not been watching YouTube or relaxing on the job and literally just sitting out front or monitoring the cameras and park where there were over 10 children playing my break-in would never have happened and the community would be safer for it. I will be writing up a formal complaint against the Morningside park, but I do want to warn you that the illusion of safety is just that this happened in broad daylight With a Park filled with children. A car is nothing, but this could’ve easily been a child or an animal."
